We created Colorado Therapies and Aquatic Center, LLC (CTAC) to offer support services for self-employed therapists. Our business model is based on successful professional business models in other industries and is tailored to meet the needs of therapists.
Many professionals in the service industries realize that they could become employed by a corporation, but would rather have their own income, responsibility for their own hours, and control over their business, as well as the freedom that being self-employed offers. However, running a business is very demanding and requires upfront financial resources to market, rent, promote, and establish a reputation. Many self-employed professionals have realized that they can do better work and benefit financially when they pay a fee to have many of these services provided in a group environment.
This is the basis of the CTAC model. We lease offices to professional therapists, and provide many added benefits that give your practice a solid foundation of support for business.
We learned the hard way that therapy can be a lonely business for self-employed professionals. CTAC was created in the spirit that we as therapists enjoy the warmth, collaboration and companionship that happens at a center. We offer useful benefits that help you with your practice. (We also offer CTAC networking socials once a month to help build collaboration and exposure.) Networking social are sponsored by leasers about once a month to help build collaboration and provide exposure.
