Office Lease Rates
Can Rent Half or Full-Time Leases. Leases are 1 Year Minimum, with 1 Month Deposit

Unfurnished Suite Rates (Lease)
$425/Mo For Half Lease (3 ½ days/week, including weekends)
$850/Mo. For Full Lease (7 Days/week)

Hourly Rentals (No lease required)
Hourly Rental of Conference Room: $20 /hour
Pool Rental: $20 /hour
